Social Media Marketing Manager, Amazon Leo
About the role
Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network, delivering fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. The Social Media Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day execution of Leo's social media program across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
This is a content-forward, hands-on-keyboard role, spending the majority of time creating, publishing, and optimizing social content, as well as managing operational systems. Key responsibilities include content creation, publishing, and optimization, as well as program operations and coordination.
- Produce weekly social content across multiple platforms, including static posts, carousels, short-form video, threads, and infographics
- Script and produce short-form video, coordinate with design and agency for motion graphics and post-production
- Write copy that translates complex satellite technology into clear, engaging, human language
- Monitor trends daily and produce reactive content on same-day timelines
- Own the Sprinklr publishing workflow end-to-end, with zero-error execution
- Manage Leo's 30-day rolling content calendar, serve as day-to-day operational contact with agency partner
- Pull weekly performance data, surface actionable insights on top- and bottom-performing content
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads, and digital/social channels
Qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management (preferred)
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process (preferred)
Skills
Strong copywriting, short-form video production, and publishing skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Amazon offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. The base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $137,900.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) also included.
