Position: Social Media & Marketing CoordinatorFirm: Tabron & AssociatesLocation: Largo, MD Overview:Do you bring creativity, sales-driven strategy, and a passion for marketing to your work? We’re seeking an experienced Social Media & Marketing Coordinator with strong leadership abilities to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the growth of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will also schedule appointments for a nationally recognized Financial Professional based in Largo, MD. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional marketing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate excels at planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement, generate quality leads, and foster qualified opportunities. A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for achieving results are essential. Outstanding phone skills, active listening, and a passion for building meaningful relationships are required. You will connect with prospects and clients, asking insightful questions to spark valuable conversations and deepen engagement. What you’ll do:Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for firm’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Google)Create and update all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assetsCommunicate with CEO on a regular basis to ensure direct marketing efforts are delivering required resultsBe a liaison with FMO marketing department on any new marketing ideasAttend and assist with coordinating seminars, client events and networking venuesCoordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectivesCoordinate with and respond to third-party marketing vendorsWrite content for multichannel platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters including new segments and talking pointsOversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software in a timely mannerGather data and configure reports to support various data and analysis projectsBe responsible for assembling marketing assets, such as gifts and literature packets, and for maintaining inventory of marketing materials What We’re Looking For:3-5 years of experience in a marketing roleStrong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detailDemonstrates a high level of creativity and a strong commitment to excellenceProficient in managing and developing social media content across multiple platformsExperienced in designing, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaignsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyDemonstrates outstanding customer service abilities with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with proven leadership capabilities Bonus Points:Experience in the financial industry preferredExperience working with CRM/software systems (Redtail, Wealthbox, Snappy Kraken)Desire to work long-term in the financial industry What You’ll Get:Pay & Perks:$65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential401(k) with a company matchPTO begins accruing immediately and becomes available for use after 6 months of employment Schedule:Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pmSome evenings required for client events Presented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
