About the role

This is a remote volunteer role for a Social Media Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create visual and written content for social media platforms.

• Maintain and monitor engagement on social media channels.
• Respond to basic inquiries and support campaign efforts.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on audience insights.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills for clear, engaging, and professional messaging.
• Experience or interest in social media content creation and marketing to support campaigns and outreach.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and basic posting and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.
• Basic understanding of analytics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth) and willingness to learn new tools and best practices.
• A professional, inclusive, and respectful approach to working with diverse global audiences.
