Responsibilities

• Manage social media inquiries on various platforms and channels
• Elevate the social media experience through rapid response times, personalization, and achieving the best possible outcomes
• Act as the voice of the organization, anticipating and addressing supporter needs proactively
• Develop new channels to share the foundation's work
