Social Media Assistant

Part-time remote role supporting a new-construction community in Gainesville, Georgia.

About the role

A paid, part-time opportunity for a college student interested in social media, marketing, real estate, photography, video production, or digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Creating and editing Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and TikTok content
• Filming homes, community amenities, events, and educational videos
• Creating graphics and flyers in Canva
• Writing engaging captions
• Scheduling approved social media posts
• Helping maintain a content calendar
• Assisting with landing pages and lead-generation campaigns

Requirements

• Comfortable using Canva and short-form video editing apps
• Understands Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation to Gainesville
• Can provide examples of previous videos, graphics, or social media work

Schedule

Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week.

Pay

$15 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
