Job Overview We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who loves social media, creator partnerships, and building brands that people genuinely connect with. In this role, you'll help shape the voice of Hairmax across social channels, grow our affiliate and influencer programs, and bring campaigns to life from concept through execution. If you're equally comfortable planning strategy, creating and posting content, working with creators, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Marketing Develop and execute the social media strategy and creative content – including Reels, short-form video, static posts, stories, and other engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.Plan and manage social content calendars supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Create and coordinate engaging content including short-form video, photography, educational, lifestyle, and user-generated content.Write compelling social copy and manage community engagement to grow brand awareness and audience engagement. Influencer, UGC & Affiliate Marketing Develop and manage influencer, UGC, and affiliate marketing programs from recruitment through performance analysis.Recruit, negotiate, and maintain relationships with creators, affiliates, publishers, and brand ambassadors.Identify new partnership opportunities and manage product seeding, promotions, communications, and campaign execution.Analyze program performance and optimize partnerships, creative assets, and promotional strategies to maximize growth. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Support Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and seasonal promotions.Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, sales, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign execution.Help coordinate marketing assets, photoshoots, video productions, trade shows, events, and provide general support across marketing initiatives as business needs evolve. Analytics & Optimization Monitor and report on social, influencer, affiliate, and digital marketing performance.Track key performance metrics including engagement, traffic, conversions, affiliate revenue, creator performance, and customer acquisition.Use data, consumer insights, and industry trends to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, wellness, consumer products, or ecommerce.Experience managing social media, content marketing, influencer programs, and affiliate marketing.Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Refersion, Rakuten, Awin, or similar.Experience recruiting and managing influencers, affiliates, and UGC creators.Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.Experience using Canva, Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CapCut, Edits (or similar creative tools).Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Experience marketing beauty, hair care, skincare, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands.Experience managing affiliate agencies or ambassador programs.Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and e-commerce marketing.Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, creators, and creative agencies.
