Social Media Manager – Luxury Beauty (Hybrid)

About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute social media strategies for a luxury fragrance and beauty brand. You will build brand awareness, drive audience growth, and foster customer engagement across all digital channels. You will collaborate closely with creative leadership and stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity, supporting product launches, influencer partnerships, and community initiatives. The position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to luxury beauty and fragrance audiences
• Create, curate, and optimize short- and long-form video, photography, motion graphics, and platform-specific content
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and oversee campaign execution across all major platforms
• Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to enhance brand relevance and engagement
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and influencer collaborations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance, e-commerce, or consumer brands
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns with measurable results
• Advanced knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) and analytics tools
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and AI-powered content tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating results-focused content creation and campaign management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in the Atlanta area; must be available for on-site meetings as needed
