For too long, the bra industry was stuck in outdated ideas, forcing women to choose between feeling sexy or comfortable. In 2013, Heidi Zak and Ra’el Cohen created Thirdlove—a third, better option designed to help women look and feel their best. Prioritizing real-world fit over outdated standards, Thirdlove disrupted the industry by inventing half-cup sizes and the Fitting Room® quiz. Today, Thirdlove remains an innovative design-led brand, handling everything from R&D to the supply chain in-house to get every detail just right.

How We Work

Our culture is inclusive, collaborative, fast-paced, and data-driven. We’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work® for four consecutive years, based on feedback from our own team. If you want to make an impact while propelling your career forward, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

You are the creator, the strategist, sometimes the shooter, the editor, the one hitting “post.” You own how ThirdLove shows up across organic social platforms—not in support of someone else's vision, but as the architect of it. You'll be in the room when an idea surfaces at 9 am and have a first cut ready by 3 pm. You'll work alongside our marketing team, creative director, and founders to build a social voice that's unapologetic, craveable, and real.

Your eye is your most important tool—you know premium when you see it, and you know when something isn't there yet. You create her world. You're fluent in social platform strategy, analytics, and AI. Eager to own and drive our fast-growing accounts, you’ll be responsible for the operational execution and performance tracking of ThirdLove’s social media channels, ensuring content is published accurately, reporting is maintained, and performance insights are surfaced to the internal team. You’ll develop and refine social workflows using AI and platform efficiencies, lead content strategy and creative development, and focus on community engagement, executional support, reporting, and system maintenance.
