Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic social media content plan (30–60 days in advance) that aligns with the entrepreneur’s brand identity and message.
- Oversee content production from concept through execution, ensuring a polished, high-end editorial aesthetic.
- Cook up content shoots, including locations, angles, and storytelling elements.
- Maintain a visually cohesive presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with flexibility to expand to additional platforms (including podcasting).
- Stay ahead of trends in fashion, wellness, lifestyle, parenting, and quiet luxury to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate a strong, engaged community (with guidance).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across affiliated businesses to ensure alignment while maintaining a primary focus on the entrepreneur’s personal brand.
- Independently create content while leveraging opportunities with photographers, videographers, stylists, speaking engagements, and on-location shoots.
- Track analytics and optimize content strategy based on performance insights.
Assistance & Execution
- Run errands related to content creation and assist with ad hoc projects (e.g., wardrobe pickup, prop sourcing, location scouting).
- Organize and maintain digital assets to ensure a seamless content workflow.
- Provide additional support while the entrepreneur is traveling for meetings, events, speaking engagements, or brand activations.
- Handle scheduling and liaise with internal teams across the various brands.
Qualifications
- Must have direct, hands-on experience managing and growing personal social media channels for C-suite executives (e.g., CEO, President, Founder, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred).
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, CapCut, podcast platforms, and YouTube Shorts, with strong platform-specific knowledge.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative editing tools.
- Strong photography and videography skills required.
- Previous experience in social media management and content creation is required.
- Experience in a personal assistant or right-hand role is a strong advantage.
