What You'll Do
- Video Capture + Editing
- Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with our brand
- Content Strategy & Creation
- On-Camera & Production
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a paid social media management role
- Strong writing skills; you can communicate clearly, conversationally, and with personality
- Proven video editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to edit for engagement and virality
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or a comparable editing tool
- Fast enough production process to turn around Reels while a sound is still trending
- Plugged into trending audio in real time — you know what's about to pop before it peaks
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts with a track record of driving real engagement, not just impressions
- Able to work within a comment automation strategy (ManyChat or similar)
- Comfortable working within a comment automation strategy (ManyChat or similar)
- Ability and confidence to be on camera
- Self-directed and organized — you can own a content calendar without being micromanaged
- Based in Southern California and available for occasional in-person shoots (within a :50 mile radius of 91745)
