About Mabē
Mabē was born from a search that ended with nothing on the shelves. When our founder Allie became a mom, she wanted a baby carrier that was beautiful, functional, and actually felt good to wear — something that fit her life without asking her to compromise her style. What she found was a market full of bulky, hiking-pack carriers that made her feel anything but herself. So she and her husband built what didn't exist. Mabē is a premium baby carrier brand designed for the mom who wants her baby close and her hands free — without giving up the things that make her her. Every product is made with intention: to look incredible, feel incredible, and empower you to keep chasing your dreams, whatever they may be.
What You'll Do
- Own Mabē's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — strategy, content, and community
- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content yourself — lo-fi Reels, polished carousels, Stories, TikToks
- Build and execute monthly content calendars tied to brand campaigns and retail moments
- Write captions that sound like Mabē — elevated, warm, real
- Engage with the community: comments, DMs, UGC reposting, creator relationships
- Collaborate with influencers and affiliate partners on content activations
- Monitor trends and bring big ideas to the table before they're obvious
- Track performance and translate data into clear insights and next steps
- Support major campaign launches — Target, Babylist, new collections, seasonal moments
Who You Are
- 3–5 years in social media, with a clear through-line from hands-on content creation to strategy
- A strong aesthetic eye and genuine understanding of what performs on each platform
- Proven ability to grow engaged audiences — not just follower counts
- Experience briefing or creating short-form video content for TikTok and Reels
- You can shoot on your phone and make it look intentional — lighting, framing, editing, the whole thing
- You're fluent in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent editing tools
- You understand TikTok natively — trends, sounds, formats — not just as a platform but as a culture
- Excellent writing skills with a natural feel for brand voice
- Your personal social presence is active, considered, and actually good
- You think in ideas, not posts — you can take a campaign theme and find 10 ways to bring it to life
- You're a self-starter who thrives without being micromanaged
- You're hungry. You want to be part of something that's about to break through
Bonus Points
- Experience at a DTC parenting, or wellness, fashion or premium lifestyle brand
- You've grown an account from scratch or significantly moved the needle on one you inherited
- You have an existing network of creators or micro-influencers in the parenting space
- You've worked through a major retail launch or brand moment
