About the role

The Trek Leader (ATL) Internship is a three-month program designed for individuals interested in a career in the outdoors. It includes a Basic Trek Leading Course, shadowing experienced trek leaders, and opportunities to lead groups. The best performers are absorbed into Indiahikes' regular workforce.

Requirements

• Minimum of 22 years old.
• Trek Experience: Good experience, preferably Himalayan. Mention treks done. Work experience in other industries is preferred.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Adequate fitness regimen with BMI between 18.5 and 23.9.
• No smoking or drinking habits.

Benefits

• Stipend of ₹20,000 per month for 3 months.
