About The Role
The role drives the brand's organic social media strategy, translating complex technology concepts into engaging, platform-native content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. This position is responsible for building a highly engaged community, increasing brand share of voice, and establishing the company's executive leadership team as industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the organic social media calendar from ideation to execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube
- Write compelling, platform-specific copy and work with design and video teams to produce high-performing visual assets
- Maintain a presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X, monitoring daily social media conversations, managing community engagement, and handling real-time brand interactions
- Track and report on weekly and monthly social KPIs, including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and referral traffic
- Launch and scale an executive ghostwriting program, working directly with leadership to draft thought leadership posts
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social tools to continuously optimize performance
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience managing social media accounts for B2B or B2C technology companies
- Proven track record of growing organic audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter/X with demonstrable business impact
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Sprout Social, HubSpot, or Loomly) and analytics platforms (GA4)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate technical topics into accessible, engaging formats
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) for quick-turn social assets
- Bonus: Experience managing employee advocacy programs or working with technical/developer audiences
