Full Focus · Franklin, TN · Yesterday

About the Role

You will own Instagram, including the Full Focus brand account as well as our CEO Megan Hyatt Miller's and founder Michael Hyatt's personal accounts, plus our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles. You'll report to the Creative Director, who you'll lean on for carousels and graphic posts, and have access to video editing support. However, you'll be the one shooting, writing your own hooks, and making the daily calls on what gets made and why.

You'll work directly with our team to gather raw material—stories, wins, and brand-aligned content—while owning the strategic thinking behind how that becomes content. The writing itself (with the help of AI) is yours. You'll also work from a real bank of customer stories and testimonials, many with hard metrics, to craft versions that stop the scroll and drive action.

You will not be graded on likes. You'll be accountable to business-critical metrics: shares, comments, DMs started, webinar signups, and email subscribers gained. You will have complete ownership of turning stories into measurable next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Storytelling & Content: Turn founder stories, customer testimonials, and transformation metrics into Instagram content (carousels, single graphic posts, video) with hooks strong enough to stop the scroll and arcs that drive action.
  • Strategy & Lead Generation: Build and run the content strategy across two accounts with two different product offers, always working backward from the goal: more of the right people signing up for webinars/email lists and moving toward our main product, Double Win Coaching.
  • Community: Own the comments and DMs on both accounts—not as an afterthought, but as a real extension of the story, deepening relationships with our audience. Set up and maintain tools like ManyChat to automate engagement without losing the human touch.
  • Production: Shoot and edit your own video when needed (editing support is available as routine). Partner with our Creative Director on carousels and graphic posts. Work directly with our execs to capture raw footage and images for stories.

Requirements

This is for you if:

  • You think in strategy first but know how to write a hook that carries real feeling—one that connects emotionally to the transformation our products create.
  • You don’t choose between the analytical and the emotional; you’re equally strong at both.
  • You’ve led social media for a lifestyle or personality-driven brand before and understand the difference between content and a story that sells.
  • You’ve personally grown a profile to 200k+ followers (adding over 100k personally to the followership).
  • You’re fluent with AI tools and use them to move faster, but everything you make still sounds unmistakably human and on-brand—not like it came from a prompt. You use AI as a starting point while adding your own touch.
  • You can hold complexity: balance promoting two products at completely different price points while keeping storytelling authentic, vulnerable, and engaging.
  • You’re quick on your feet, a fast learner, and genuinely energized by people’s stories of transformation. You know how to repurpose a well-performing post into a story, yap session, or entirely new format.
  • You know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools well enough that “I’ll figure it out” isn’t a phrase you need—you already know how.
  • You have real experience with ManyChat, setting up auto-responses and DM automation that drives engagement. This is nonnegotiable for generating leads that turn into email subscribers.

This is not for you if:

  • Your portfolio is full of trendy, well-produced reels that you can’t connect to a single business result.
  • You use AI to generate content start-to-finish without adding your own judgment or edits, and can’t point to what you personally shaped, cut, or rewrote.
  • Vulnerable storytelling makes you uncomfortable, or you’d rather keep things clever and at arm’s length.
  • You want a team to hand you assets and a calendar to fill. This role is the strategist, the writer, and the producer—not just one of the three.
