Responsibilities
- Respond to all requests for information from your teammates, clients, and other employees in a respectful, timely, and professional way.
- Copywriting & Calendar Creation
- Conduct media searches, audits, and research for client projects.
- Create weekly and monthly status reports for your team members.
- Cook up all team and client meetings as assigned including scheduling dial-ins, calendar invites, locations, agendas, and other tasks as needed.
- Daily media monitoring of your assigned accounts.
- Draft agendas and recaps for all client calls and meetings
- Create and maintain media lists and coverage reports
- Maintain records and organize photo archives.
- Work with the team to build weekly/monthly status reports for clients.
- Daily social media monitoring of your assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's in Writing, Journalism, Communication, or Media Studies.
- Have 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a strategic, creative agency, or fast-moving startup environment.
- Be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep the bigger picture in mind.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills — copywriting experience is a plus.
- Be a creative problem solver, and can juggle different things at once.
- Have the ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, atmosphere.
- Have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
