Our clients include manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, and large commercial facilities that demand quality, precision, and reliability. We are seeking a Social Media Director to lead, build, and own our entire social media strategy with a clear mandate: demonstrate how social media generates qualified leads, strengthens brand authority, and supports revenue growth in the industrial painting sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full-funnel social media strategy tied directly to lead generation and revenue goals.
Establish KPIs that connect social media performance to pipeline growth.
Build reporting dashboards that clearly demonstrate ROI to executive leadership.
Create authority-driven content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and industry-relevant channels.
Develop educational and trust-building content including: Before/after facility transformations, Safety & compliance highlights, Project case studies, Time-lapse industrial & commercial jobs, Facility maintenance insights.
Lead Generation & Paid Strategy:
Develop and manage paid & organic social campaigns targeting facility managers, plant engineers, and operations executives.
Test and optimize campaigns to drive inbound estimate requests.
Implement retargeting strategies to capture warm prospects.
Lead short-form and long-form video strategy to showcase large-scale industrial projects.
Repurpose project footage into high-performing content assets.
Analytics & Optimization:
Track platform performance, cost-per-lead, engagement rates, and conversion data.
Continuously test creative formats, messaging angles, and targeting strategies.
Present monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Team & Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with estimators and project managers to capture on-site content.
Build scalable internal processes for content capture across multiple job sites.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B social media marketing, preferably in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades industries.
Proven track record of generating measurable leads and revenue from social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing for B2B.
Experience managing paid social budgets and performance optimization.
Strong storytelling ability in technical or industrial environments.
Comfortable presenting ROI metrics to executive leadership.
