Social Media and Digital Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media and Digital Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, digital marketing, and a passion for creating and maintaining a flawless online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain social media pages across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Update and manage content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Schedule and push out content according to the editorial calendar
  • Keep website content current, including regular updates to pages, blogs, and news sections
  • Manage online directory listings to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including website developers, CRM solution providers, and digital marketing agencies
  • Coordinate updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for digital platforms
  • Ensure the CRM is up to date with relevant information for marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data from digital platforms to inform strategy and improvements
  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support for digital operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing digital platforms and coordinating with vendors
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing best practices
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus
