Social Media Coordinator, Sports & Hospitality
Where You Fit
You're as obsessed with social media performance as you are with sports. You understand what makes content work—hooks, pacing, watch time, and engagement. You've created content yourself and have a strong point of view on what performs. You don't just follow trends—you adapt them quickly and make them your own. You instinctively think in content, especially during live moments. You know how to film, edit, and package content for each platform. You enjoy engaging with people and building a community—not just posting. You're organized, but can pivot quickly when real-time moments happen. You have a strong GSD mentality and take ownership of your work.
