Social Media Coordinator
Tidal Realty Partners is a growing Wilmington-based real estate and investment team looking for a creative, self-motivated intern to help build and grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. This role focuses on both the team leader’s individual presence and the company’s overall presence.
About the Role
You will be the creative engine behind our online presence—capturing our team in action, producing polished Reels and Shorts, and maintaining a consistent look and voice across all platforms. Your two primary missions are to grow the audience of our team leader and the audience of our company website and pages.
This internship is designed to grow with you. For the right person who delivers results and fits our culture, it can evolve into a full-time marketing role.
Responsibilities
- Create scroll-stopping short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for social media platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of the team, agents, and listings during on-site shoots (~2 days per week).
- Edit and produce videos, schedule posts, and manage social media pages remotely and at your own pace.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
Schedule
- Hybrid role: ~2 days per week on-site in the Wilmington area for filming (predictable schedule required).
- Remaining work is remote and self-paced (editing, posting, managing pages).
- Estimated total commitment: 15–20 hours per week.
- Flexible to accommodate students and class schedules.
Pay
Monthly stipend: $1,200–$1,500 (based on ~15–20 hours per week; commensurate with experience).
