Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop, plan, and execute social media content across East Winds multiple business divisions using an established content calendar
- Manage up to 7 social media accounts simultaneously while ensuring each brand maintains a clear, consistent, and engaging voice
- Create engaging and on-brand content for:
- Weddings and special events
- Two on-site restaurant concepts
- Spa and salon services
- Wellness suite offerings
- Write compelling captions, promotional copy, and short-form content tailored to each audience and platform
- Create and adapt content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a strong understanding of best practices, trends, platform behavior, and audience engagement strategies
- Design digital marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Capture content on-site as needed during events, special activations, or weekend programming
- Support the execution of content that drives visibility, bookings, and guest engagement across all platforms
- Marketing & Administrative Support
- Create and update online listings, business profiles, and marketing platforms as needed
- Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and promotional communications
- Maintain organized content libraries, calendars, photo/video folders, and marketing assets
- Track approvals, deadlines, and publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent execution
- Absorb and assist with light community management across social media channels, review platforms, and Google business profiles
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Must have hands-on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for a brand or business
- Must be comfortable managing up to 7 social media accounts at one time across multiple business lines or brands
- Strong creative eye with the ability to turn ideas into polished, on-brand content
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and design software
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone across multiple audiences
- Comfortable taking direction while also bringing proactive ideas to the table
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends to support content capture for events and programming
