Key Responsibilities

  • Co own the social content calendar, translating strategy into weekly shoot plans and daily posting across platforms.
  • Ideate and produce short form content concepts (8â120 seconds) that fit brand voice and are designed for virality and ad performance.
  • Serve as a recurring on camera personality for âvoice of brandâ segments, educational breakdowns, challenges, and series content.
  • Cook up and conduct man-on-the-street and in-person interviews in NYC area, handling outreach, rapid?fire questioning, and making participants comfortable on camera.
  • Cook up and coordinate with the Videographer on shot lists, B roll, audio, and lighting needs for each shoot.
  • Adapt and version content for different placements (Reels vs. TikTok vs. Shorts), including hooks, CTAs, and aspect ratios.
  • Pull and interpret social performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate, profile visits, saves/shares) to identify winning patterns and inform new ideas.
  • Partner with the paid media team to tag and pass top performing organic content into ad testing, and to generate paid first creative concepts.
  • Maintain an eye on fitness, health, and DTC creator trends; propose reactive and âtrend jackâ content when relevant to the audience.
