Responsibilities

• Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and user retention within the community.
• Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience moderating online communities or forums with a focus on quality and inclusivity.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for public-facing interactions.
