About the role

Austin, TX | Hybrid (3 days in office); open to Remote for the right candidate. Role Overview: This is a high-impact role with a unique opportunity to directly shape how our brands are seen, experienced, and remembered. As our Social Media & Community Manager, you will have direct access to our customers and communities across multiple brands. You will be one of the people closest to the conversations happening every day — helping influence brand perception, strengthen relationships, bring our brands to life, and create experiences that make people want to engage with us. You will play a meaningful role in building the personality, energy, and sense of connection behind our brands. We want our social presence and communities to feel human, engaging, fun, and welcoming — like being part of a family, not simply following a company. You will manage social media, create compelling visual and video content, moderate and grow communities, support podcast outreach and bookings, and execute influencer campaigns across a portfolio of brands, each with its own audience, voice, and priorities.

  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

Qualifications
