About the role
The Social Media & Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across various platforms. This includes creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals
- Manage multiple social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop and implement community management plans to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
- Engage with customers through direct messages and comments to build relationships
- Track performance metrics and report on results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or community management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of content marketing and influencer partnerships

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
