Responsibilities
- Prospect local designers, architects, installers, and builders, using social media as the primary vehicle for initial outreach and relationship building
- Drive qualified homeowners into the showroom by engaging local community groups (Nextdoor, Yelp, Google, Meta, and Facebook neighborhood groups) and running hyper-targeted local digital strategies
- Maintain a consistent physical presence in-market — visiting design firms, job sites, and lifestyle hubs across Newport Beach, Irvine, and the greater Orange County area
- Own the full relationship lifecycle, ensuring every digital interaction becomes a CRM-logged opportunity for the Tustin sales team
- Report monthly statistics for our social media engagement, outreach, connections, and opportunities
- Identify new media opportunities and networks, and connect with social media influencers
Social Media Execution & Prospecting Engine
- Partner with the Head of Content Creation and Strategy to surface local story opportunities — Tustin projects, slab arrivals, designer activity, and behind-the-scenes moments — that drive engagement and qualified leads
- Proactively engage the local trade ecosystem and affluent homeowners on Instagram and LinkedIn, using thoughtful commentary to turn followers into showroom visitors
- Support the @bedrosians.tustin handle's local visibility with content aligned to relevant geotags, hashtags, and Tustin-area audience goals
Events & Hyperlocal PR
- Lead a diverse showroom event calendar, including recurring trade events and specialized Homeowner Workshops
- Work with corporate marketing to land project reveals in luxury outlets and execute community-facing initiatives like charity nights and local lifestyle pop-ups
- Launch and scale localized partnerships, including designer showroom takeovers and co-branded content collaborations that reach high-net-worth local audiences
Qualifications
- A proven "hunter" mentality — using social media and offline networking as prospecting tools to open doors, build professional networks, and drive consumer traffic
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot), social management suites (Dash Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite), and community-building tools
- Familiarity with the Orange County luxury home-renovation landscape and the decision-making process for high-end residential projects
- Strong copywriting skills and command of platform-specific voice, tone, and formatting
- Experience briefing and shaping content with creative teams and video editors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
- Influencer marketing and partnership experience
- Retail or omnichannel marketing experience
