About the Opportunity:The SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER is responsible for building and engaging the global learner community through organic social channels. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, strengthening learner relationships, and generating insights from community interactions to inform marketing strategies. The position collaborates with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure a consistent and learner-centered brand presence. Responsibilities:Develop and execute community engagement strategies across various social platforms to increase visibility and deepen connections.Manage community voice by responding to key learner interactions and coordinating comment responses with agency support.Monitor community trends, sentiment, and platform behaviors, translating insights into content and engagement strategies.Identify and reach out to learners with compelling stories, maintaining a pipeline for follow-up and internal coordination.Collaborate with internal and external teams to address sensitive issues and align messaging with brand values.Track and report on engagement metrics, learner story sourcing, and sentiment to evaluate impact and guide strategy. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in community management on major social platforms.Proficiency with social media management, listening, and reporting tools.Experience in creating proactive community engagement programs beyond reactive response.Ability to handle sensitive community issues with judgment, empathy, and proper escalation.
