As their Social Media Community Manager, you will be the voice behind the brands, helping create meaningful interactions, build loyal communities, and turn social conversations into valuable brand insights.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day engagement across multiple CPG brands, ensuring every interaction feels timely, human, and true to the brand
- Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and consumer questions across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Join relevant conversations proactively and identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically
- Serve as the voice of the brand while adapting tone and messaging to fit different audiences and platforms
- Partner closely with content creators to uncover trends, community insights, and opportunities for reactive or community-inspired content
- Escalate product concerns, customer issues, legal sensitivities, and reputational risks to the appropriate internal teams
- Track consumer sentiment, recurring questions, feedback, and emerging themes that can help inform content and marketing strategies
- Support engagement during product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and trending cultural conversations
- Help maintain response guidelines, community management best practices, and brand voice standards
- Share regular reporting and insights on engagement trends and community performance
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in social media community management, social engagement, customer care, or social media marketing
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt your voice across brands and situations
- Experience managing conversations across social platforms and balancing responsiveness with sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, brand, legal, consumer affairs, and agency partners
Bonus Points For
- Experience in food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, lifestyle, or entertainment brands
- Experience using social listening and community management tools such as Brandwatch
- Experience managing multiple brand communities or high-volume social engagement environments

You'll report to the Director of Content Growth & Strategy and join a collaborative social and content team that includes:
- Social content creators
- Influencer marketing specialists

- Growth marketing leaders
- Cross-functional brand and consumer experience partners
