About The Role
What if your ability to read between the lines of social data could directly shape how leading media and entertainment brands connect with their audiences? We're looking for a Social Insights Analyst to transform raw social listening data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive smarter content decisions and sharper audience targeting. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.
Who You Are
- Experienced in social media analytics, social listening, or digital insights — ideally within media, advertising, or entertainment
- Proficient with social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinker who can connect data points to business outcomes
- Excellent written communicator — you can tell a compelling story with data
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and delivering insights on deadline
Nice to Have
- Background in media research, audience strategy, or digital marketing
- Experience working with content teams or creative agencies
- Familiarity with paid social, programmatic advertising, or influencer analytics
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and persona development
