About the role

Courtyard.io is one of the fastest growing consumer shopping platforms, combining cutting-edge technology with an immersive product experience to create engaging moments that feel like entertainment rather than traditional commerce. The role is remote but requires being in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performing social content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and emerging channels.
  • Be on camera regularly, hosting, narrating, and reacting on streams with audiences or partners.
  • Concept, shoot, and edit content end-to-end, using the latest editing software.
  • Develop content that spans trading cards, sports, comics, and luxury items.
  • Capture and react to real-time cultural and sports moments.
  • Experiment with various formats, including raw, polished, interviews, podcast-style, livestreams, and clips.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and tools (including AI-assisted content).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to produce content daily.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Attend events and capture moments for content that can be leveraged across social and paid channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience creating social-first content.
  • Strong on-camera presence, comfortable speaking to both launch audiences digitally and in person.
  • Experience with short-form video and live content/streaming.
  • Ability to concept, shoot, and edit content independently.
  • Deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • A high-quality bar, strong creative instincts, and attention to detail.
  • A fast, scrappy, and highly execution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Knowledge about collectibles (Pokémon, Sports, Watches, Comics) is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with social media analytics and understanding of KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for collecting and interest in the markets of trading cards, sports, comics, and luxury items.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and trends.
