Social Community & Engagement Representative

About the role

At Princess Polly, community is more than managing comments—it’s about building connection, relevance and brand love where our customers spend the most time. We’re looking for a social media native who is organised, creative and tapped into internet culture, with a sharp eye for trends and a genuine love of online communities. As a Social Community & Engagement Representative, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of our community strategy across owned and external platforms, helping bring the Princess Polly brand voice to life through timely, on-brand interactions aligned with key campaigns, launches and brand moments. You’ll play a key role in strengthening community sentiment, identifying cultural moments, supporting content opportunities, and helping us stay connected to our audience in real time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our community across social channels through timely, on-brand interactions that support positive sentiment, while sourcing standout user-generated content with strong repost potential
• Identify high-opportunity comments, conversations, content and cultural moments to support tailored engagement
• Surface trending creators, viral content and online culture to inform engagement planning, while contributing fresh copy ideas inspired by trends, creator language and evolving internet culture
• Support moderation, scheduling and post drafting across owned community platforms, assist with reporting, analytics updates and campaign administration, and surface customer feedback, recurring questions and emerging themes to drive actionable insights
