About the role

This is a remote, part-time role focused on community management, creator support, and social engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and tagged content.
• Act as a brand voice, ensuring professional and accurate communication.
• Amplify user-generated content (UGC) and manage reward programs.
• Identify and report community themes, trends, and engagement opportunities.
• Assist with content execution on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X.

• Experience with Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable using social media monitoring or CRM tools.
