Soccer Center, Guest Services Representative (Part-Time)

About the role
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience at the Torrance Soccer Center. This role involves monitoring venue entry, providing facility and program information, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with payments.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, being knowledgeable about venue layout, programs, and policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and in person; escalate to supervisor when necessary.
- Assist the Program Coordinator in registering customers for programs, booking field rentals, and scheduling birthday parties.
- Ensure guests follow facility safety protocols and report any injuries or unsafe areas to a supervisor.
- Set up and break down volleyball and futsal equipment as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and use MS Office and other business systems.
- Must be able to stand consistently for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
Pay
$20.48 per hour.
