What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with great Customer Service. The ideal candidate should have the ability to promote positive public/employee relations, maintain excellent communication skills with guests, vendors, and employees, and ensure a positive guest experience.

What Is Expected Of You

• Oversight of issuing Players Cards
• Promoting our program while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies using the Synkros system
• Executing casino promotions and staying updated on events and property information
• Precise data entry to maintain the integrity of our database
• Upholding security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests
• Compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies
• Assisting with other duties as required to support our operations

Experience You Will Need

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service experience
• Bilingual skills are a definite plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to discuss promotions with customers
• Proficiency in multitasking
• Ability to type and talk simultaneously while assisting customers
• Strong computer skills
