SOC Operator

About the role

The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
• Monitor alarm systems for intrusion detection
• Handle emergency dispatch and incident reporting
• Analyze incidents and provide recommendations
• Program remote alarm panels as needed

Requirements

We are seeking individuals with experience in roles such as Call Center Representative, Dispatch, or Camera Monitoring. Experience in law enforcement or security operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or similar field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
