About the role

The SMT Process Validation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes through validation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of SMT failure mode experiment analysis reports
• Maintenance of experimental equipment
• Management and training of operation technicians
• Optimization of failure mode experiment analysis processes and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Supporting line qualification of SMT lines and tracking progress

Requirements

• The best major in electronics, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and physics.
• Nice-to-have: Relevant work experience, preference given to recent graduates.

Qualifications

• The process is familiar with the experimental method and steps.
• Familiarity with SMT process flow is preferred.
