Development and optimization of production management system

Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures

Process development and troubleshooting

• Develop and validate SMT stencil based on customer documents
• Establish operation standards for each workstation
• Improve training documents
• Analyze SMT defects through big data stratification
• Analysis of SMT process defect
• Identify root causes of issues
• Develop effective corrective actions
• Timely report results to senior management and customers
• Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements
• Train operators to standardize processes
• Propose new design concept solutions and provide technical support for MP issue fixes

Possess one of the following experiences preferred

• More than 3 years of process improvement experience
• Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry
• Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing work
