Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday 1st shift 7:00am–3:30pm, flexible hours as necessary, including weekends

Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in Printed Circuit Board Assembly
- Interfacing with complex machine hardware and software to ensure smooth operation
- Identifying and reporting defective components, inspecting your own work for accuracy and quality
- Ensuring all products meet established workmanship standards and maintaining accurate data logs
- Keeping the work area and surrounding space clean and organized
- Participating in quality teams and assisting in training other employees as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 1 year of experience operating SMT equipment (preferred)
- IPC-A-610 Certification and ESD Training (preferred)
- Knowledge of component identification, handling, and ESD requirements
- Basic computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Willing to work flexible hours as necessary, including weekends
- Meet U.S. Person status as defined by 22 CFR Part 120.15 due to ITAR-controlled technical data requirements (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees/asylees, or temporary residents granted amnesty)
- Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids, and thrive in a team environment
- Familiar with ISO9001 and IPC-610 requirements (preferred)
