Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for sleep studies
- Conduct routine polysomnography recordings
- Conduct complex and non-routine recordings such as CPAP and split-night recordings
- Help train other technologists
- Assist in public awareness of sleep disorders
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to perform as a sleep lab technologist
- Understand principles of growth and development to provide age‑appropriate patient care
