Smoothie King Team Members: All Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities

• We deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging with every single guest.
• We welcome them, have conversations with them as we are working, and make it our number one goal to serve them quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude.

Dependability/Consistency

• We need dependable and consistent team members that show up for their scheduled shifts and put forth more than bare minimum effort.
• We work FAST! We work with an understanding of our customer’s time, and we respect it.
• We work with a sense of urgency to quickly and effectively get the job done.

SPEED

• Blend and serve the perfect smoothie or smoothie bowl QUICKLY and within 3 minutes and 30 seconds!
• This is not a suggestion but a requirement!
• We work FAST!

Communication

• We use a GroupMe app for communication and updates.
• Regular phone communication with owners, managers, and other team members in a POSITIVE manner is crucial.

CAN HANDLE STRESS

• Team members MUST work under high pressure well and be able to juggle multiple tasks at a time.
• We work quickly, we work with authority to do the job well, and we all pull our weight to make sure the next shift is prepared and set up for success!

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

• Show up on time for every scheduled shift with a willingness and positive attitude to work.
• Properly preps all product while demonstrating food safety.
• Completes store checklist during EVERY shift.
• These tasks include restocking, prepping product, dishes, CLEANING, and general upkeep.
• Remains calm, positive and levelheaded with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is REQUIRED AND ESSENTIAL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in high pressure situations with minimal supervision is required.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $10 - 12 per hour.
