Smoothie King Athlete Weekday Afternoon Shift and Weekends

About the role

Immediate hiring for purpose‑driven athletes to become ambassadors of the Smoothie King brand. As a Smoothie King Athlete you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that inspire a healthy, active lifestyle. Teens (16 years or older) are encouraged to apply. The role is ideal for those who want a purpose‑filled position rather than just a job.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious, tasty smoothies following the “Smoothie King Way”.
• Ensure each guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Friendly upsell nutritional supplements and vitamins.
• Provide guests with information regarding products.
• Deliver the best total experience in the business.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred but not required.
• Able to work shifts as early as 6 am and on weekends.
• Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Commission sales experience helpful.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and phone service.
• Direct deposit set‑up.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• School or work referrals welcomed.
