What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and interact with every guest in a friendly, positive way
• Quickly and accurately blend and serve smoothies and bowls (goal: under 3 minutes and 30 seconds)
• Prep ingredients and maintain top-notch food safety standards
• Complete daily tasks including cleaning, restocking, and store upkeep
• Collaborate with your team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
• Use our communication app to stay connected with your team and managers
• Keep cool and focused during high-volume rushes
• Own your mistakes and always strive to make things right

Pay

Starting at $10 –$12/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Earn even more with performance-based incentives and team rewards!
