Night Shift Smoothie King Team Member

Job Responsibilities

• Inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through the Serve To Inspire commitment by greeting and engaging guests while providing a friendly experience.
• Explain our purpose-driven menu and suggest specific smoothies/bowls, extras, and enhancers to help customize every experience for our guests.
• Blend and serve the perfect smoothie or smoothie bowl quickly and within our goal of 3 minutes and thirty seconds.
• Communicate with fellow Team Members, Managers, and Customers in a positive manner.
• Show up on time with a willingness and readiness to work.
• Perform store checklist tasks during shift such as restocking, cleaning, dishes, etc.
• Remain calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Absolutely essential to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task high pressure situations with minimal supervision.
• Black athletic bottom and non-slip grip tennis shoes required.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $10 - 12 per hour.
