Smokehouse Operator
About the Role
We are seeking a team member to operate commercial smokehouses at our 4000 square foot production facility in Snook, TX. The role involves manual movement of smoke trucks on wheels, effective communication, and quick learning. You'll be part of a team producing a Czech Style smoked, fully-cooked sausage line distributed to retail and foodservice wholesalers nationwide.
