Pay

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift only).

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires.
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Roll large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas.
• Track and record oven cook times and temperatures.
• Track and record chill down time and temperatures.
• Rotate racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines.
• Coordinate with the room supervisor on the daily schedule.
• Clean and inspect the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production.
• Work in both hot and cold conditions.
• Fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moving heavy carts.
• Adherence to a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.
