Pay

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift only)

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM or until finished with mandatory overtime as daily schedule requires

Responsibilities

• Roll large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
• Track and record oven cook times and temperatures
• Track and record chill down time and temperatures
• Rotate racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
• Coordinate with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
• Clean and inspect the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
• Fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including moving heavy carts (~500 lbs)
• Adherence to company policies: no facial hair and no jewelry for all production and warehouse positions
