About the role
Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Scientific Data Analyst (Surveillance and Medical Intelligence).
Responsibilities
- Access and analyze large military healthcare datasets
- Develop analytic plans
- Provide data-driven recommendations
- Respond to operational information requests regarding mental health prevalence, utilization, treatment patterns, and healthcare costs
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, public health, psychology)
- At least 10 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
