Data Analyst IV
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale telemetry data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve modem and router reliability
- Investigate activation and connectivity issues through deep data analysis and long-term problem investigation
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries using joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and other advanced techniques
- Work with large datasets and understand how data models, schemas, and relationships support accurate analysis
- Partner with engineering, networking, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and validate findings
- Build dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and support data-driven decision making
- Develop scripts and automation to improve analytical workflows and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Monitor data quality, ETL processes, and pipeline health to ensure reliable reporting and analysis
- Balance multiple investigations and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role
- Advanced SQL skills, including: Complex joins, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), Window functions, Aggregations, Query optimization
- Strong understanding of relational data models, database schemas, normalization, and how data relates across systems
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality concepts
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations that communicate business insights
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, or another procedural language
- Experience automating repetitive analytical tasks
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with AWS Athena, Amazon Redshift, or other cloud-based analytics platforms
- Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) experience
- Experience with Git or another version control system
- Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DHCP, OSI Model, and modem/WiFi concepts
- Experience analyzing telemetry, operational, or device data

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $101,000 and $123,480. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
