About the role

This position provides senior-level expertise in translating clinical research, practice guidelines, and policy recommendations into practical tools and products that improve awareness and adoption of evidence-based mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clinical support tools
• Create educational resources for healthcare providers
• Develop provider guidance materials
• Design patient-facing products
• Build training resources
• Write technical reports
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and government stakeholders
• Ensure products effectively support healthcare providers, service members, veterans, and families

Requirements

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical psychology
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical support tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
