About the role
Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Clinical Psychologist (Health Promotion and Behavior Change) to support enterprise-wide efforts focused on mental health promotion, resilience, and behavior change within military populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on initiatives designed to improve psychological well-being and reduce risk factors associated with mental health conditions.
- Develop evidence-based health promotion campaigns, behavioral change messaging, educational materials, and self-management resources.
- Assess government programs and services, identify best practices, and tailor communication strategies to maximize engagement and impact across diverse audiences.
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology or related field with specialization in clinical psychology.
- At least 10 years of experience in clinical practice, research, or program development in mental health promotion, resilience, and behavior change.
- Expertise in evidence-based health promotion and behavior change theories.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and written materials.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of military-specific challenges and needs.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Knowledge of relevant federal regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
