Territory Development

Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations. Enhance Comcast positioning and brand within the local area.

Customer Focus

• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
• Stay informed about competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively in the market.

New Acquisition Sales

• Generate new leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
• Identify and address improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance customer communication.
• Manage a territory with a comprehensive business plan and high activity levels.
• Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and beyond.

Teamwork and Support

• Work collaboratively with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
• Adhere to company standards and exhibit professional behavior.
• Attend huddles, make call backs, and participate in initiatives to improve customer experience.

Compensation

Base Pay: $53,768.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $103,768.00
Sales compensation programs offer significant upside based on achieving sales targets.
